Full Head Application
Follow these instructions if this is your first time coloring your hair, or if you’re choosing a shade darker than you usually use.
Before you begin: Conduct a strand test on a small, hidden section of your hair to make sure the color and texture suit your hair goals.
Step 1. Put on gloves
Always wear the protective gloves provided in the kit before beginning your application. Gloves help prevent staining on your hands.
Step 2. Mix developer and rich auburn hair color
Empty the colorant into the developer bottle and shake well until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Be sure the formula is fully blended to ensure even coverage and bold, consistent results.
Step 3. Apply mixture evenly to sectioned dry hair
Part hair into 4 sections for easier control, then apply the color mixture from root to tip. Use your fingers (with gloves) or an applicator brush to distribute evenly, smoothing it through for full saturation.
Step 4. Wait 30 minutes
Allow the color to process for 30 minutes on natural hair. If your hair is relaxed, leave the mixture on for 20 minutes instead. This timing ensures the Rich Auburn hair color develops properly without over-processing.
Step 5. Rinse thoroughly
Rinse your hair well with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. This step helps lock in the Rich Auburn shade while washing away any excess product. Avoid shampooing immediately after rinsing.

Step 1. Apply to roots
Using the tip of the applicator bottle, part your hair into small sections and apply the Rich Auburn hair color mixture directly to new growth. Make sure all roots are fully saturated for even coverage.
Step 2. Wait 20 minutes
Leave the color on for 20 minutes if you have natural hair or 15 minutes if you have relaxed hair. This ensures the new growth develops to a rich, Rich Auburn that blends seamlessly with your previously colored hair.
Step 3. Refresh midlengths and ends
To revive faded color, work the remaining mixture through the midlengths and ends of your hair. This step helps refresh your Rich Auburn shade from root to tip.
Step 4. Wait additional 10 minutes
Allow the mixture to process for an additional 10 minutes on natural hair or 5 minutes on relaxed hair. This helps restore depth, shine, and uniformity without over-processing.
Step 5. Rinse thoroughly
Rinse your hair well with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Avoid shampooing immediately to help the red pigments lock in.
Step 6. Condition with Moisture Mask
